Make this role your own THE ROLE… Reporting to the State Warehouse Manager, the Inbound Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective and accurate receipting and restocking of the warehouse, playing a crucial role in managing the daily flow of goods coming in. This role is responsible for (but not limited to): Supervising team members to ensure the performance of our KPIs Training and induction of new team members Providing leadership and peer support to the warehouse leaders and warehouse manager Receiving process, including receipting (Local and Interstate) Stock Replenishment / Stock credit Return Developing and maintaining a detailed knowledge of our product range (tiles, bathroom ware, stone, and trade products) as well as product specifications, dimensions, variations and applications THE PERSON… We seek a high-performing industry professional who can work both independently and as part of a supportive team environment. Having industry experience in a similar role, you’re a confident communicator who can remain calm under pressure. You follow plans, focus on outcomes, and are meticulous with deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
