The Commercial Enterprise Executive is responsible for driving the implementation and ongoing management of new revenue and cost-saving initiatives across the Stockland Enterprise.
This permanent full-time position is based in either our Sydney or Melbourne offices, with the added benefit of flexible working arrangements to balance time between the head office, project offices and home.
The Opportunity As a Commercial Enterprise Executive, you will collaborate closely with the National Enterprise team, playing a pivotal role in securing internal stakeholder alignment and driving the execution of a dynamic and impactful commercial pipeline.
It requires fostering cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless buy-in and alignment for new strategies.
The role oversees the stabilization and management of new revenue streams, transforming them into successful, long-term partnerships for the business.
Your tasks will include: • Contribute to the delivery of S Connects Enterprise budget through the implementation and ongoing account management of new revenue streams and partnerships nationally.
• Work collaboratively across business units to implement new income initiatives within strategic timelines.
• Drive and achieve agreed commercial and revenue-based KPIs.
• Develop, package, and present proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving business processes, including forecasting future needs and implementing a governance and review framework.
• Develop an ongoing pipeline of new concepts through team collaboration and a strategic commercial mindset.
• Utilise Salesforce and other reporting tools to manage client activity and relationships effectively The ideal candidate will have: • Degree in property, finance, business administration or other relevant discipline preferred • Minimum 5 years' experience in property, commercial, and or sales • Product development, packaging and sales • Experience in Internal Control & Risk Management and Compliance processes • Financial management and reporting • Contractual, commercial and legal methodologies and commercial planning • Strong negotiation, commercialisation and sales skills.
