Some travel will be required to service our clients in regional areas and a great way to see North Queensland. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Deliver and install printers and MFD's into end user environments in a timely manner Provide post-sales technical support including diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Multi-Function Devices/Printers A solid understanding of print connectivity and ability to diagnose IT-related issues Accurate record keeping of all work completed for each site using in-house systems. Completing job workflow requirements On-site break-fix and preventative maintenance service of office equipment About You To be successful in this role you will require: To be physically fit Experience within the business equipment, photocopier service and repair industry. Technical aptitude / troubleshooting skills & the ability to learn concepts quickly Excellent presentation and communication skills.
