With a focus on creating a sustainable medical workforce, the Medical Workforce Support Unit MWSU oversees recruitment and onboarding for senior, visiting, and junior medical staff, including interns and resident medical officers.The unit is responsible for sourcing locum medical officers, managing credentialing and clinical practice scopes for senior medical staff and dentists, and offering advice to the Executive Leadership Team and Clinical Directors. Additionally, it ensures compliance with relevant clinical and corporate governance policies related to medical officers.
