About the role As a Customer Service Officer, you'll proudly provide a customer experience that is second to none to our Members in our Mt Barker Branch. Your role will be to promote, recommend and refer banking and insurance products to meet the needs of our Members. As we know work/life balance is important this is a full-time position with set hours working 8.45am and 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Working directly with both new and existing Members, you will play a crucial role in Police Credit Union's overall success. About you You are… Looking for a refreshing change and eager to get your foot in the door of the banking industry or wanting to build on your current experience. Someone who can build great relationships with both internal and external customers. Driven to provide an exceptional customer experience. Passionate about customer service. Focused, with an eye for detail and a strong ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with Members and colleagues. A team player, wanting to be part of an energetic group. Confident, disciplined and hardworking, you strive to meet and exceed service and sales KPIs, all with a smile on your face. Proficient in Microsoft Suite. If you have a background in the Australian financial services, health insurance or general insurance sectors – even better! FSRA Tier 2 and/or Tier 2 Insurance accreditation is a huge tick, however not a deal breaker as on the job training is provided.
