The Role
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will lead graduate recruitment and development initiatives, overseeing the entire process from attracting candidates to nurturing their professional growth. In this role, you’ll shape impactful programs and campaigns, drive innovation, and ensure a positive, engaging experience for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the end-to-end graduate recruitment campaign, encompassing marketing, assessment, and offer management.
* Develop and implement creative strategies for candidate engagement and program promotion.
* Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key universities to attract top-tier graduates.
* Design and deliver comprehensive graduate induction and ongoing professional development programs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate graduate rotations, talent sessions, and post-program placements.
Skills and Experience
You are a seasoned professional with substantial experience in managing graduate recruitment programs and have a proven ability to attract top talent through proactive strategies. With a background in Learning and Development, you understand assessment principles and can critically evaluate and enhance graduate selection processes.
Additionally, you bring the following:
* The ability to design and deliver effective development programs that enhance graduate capabilities.
* Strong adaptability and communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* A passion for owning all aspects of the Graduate Program, from administrative tasks to delivering multi-day induction courses.
