Working collaboratively with our General Manager of Marketing, you will manage end-to-end campaigns, oversee budgets, email communication planning, concession marketing, and website creative across Australia. What will my role involve? Be our brand custodian-owning our brand identity and ensuring our brand positioning is consistent and present across all consumer touchpoints.Manage major brand communications across advertising, promotions, PR, online, sponsorships, emails, in-store, and packaging.Lead communications, media briefing, management, implementation, reviews, and plan, manage, and execute end-to-end campaigns with the help of the broader team.Think big, with both a commercial and brand lens.Challenge your creativity, communication, and leadership skills by managing one direct report.Be involved in a key sustainability project within the Hanes business. What experience do I need to have? Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.Experience working with agencies and briefing in campaigns.Highly organised, a strong executor, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced role.Proactive with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Engaging communicator who can work up and down the business in cross-functional teams, and with agencies.Commercially aware and a creative thinker.
