Job Description About the Role QLD General Manager FULL TIME CF Corporate Services Office (QLD) The General Manager assumes responsibility for overseeing the operational management of the City Fertility (CF) clinics in the specified state, alongside associated operations.
This involves working both independently and collaboratively with CF personnel to strategise, administer, and execute activities that align with the organisational strategic plan.
The role's primary objective is to ensure that clinic management and related services effectively support the fulfilment of strategic goals, particularly in delivering high-quality, safe, and hygienic care and services to patients, employees, and clinicians.
All activities will adhere strictly to Work Health and Safety policies.
In addition to operational oversight, the position includes a critical focus on business development.
This entails generating demand for CF's specialised services among key clientele to meet strategic objectives.
Achieving this will necessitate establishing, maintaining, and managing relationships with customers and stakeholders.
The General Manager collaborates closely with the Senior and Executive Leadership teams to ensure the efficient management of clinics and associated services.
They also collaborate closely with other General Managers in their respective states.
Each General Manager oversees a state-based leadership team, with departmental managers reporting directly to them.
The General Manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and indirectly to the CEO.

Key Requirements Education Certification Undergraduate degree in business, management, leadership, practice management or a related field.
Other Certification Driver's license.
Capacity to work in Australia.
Specialised Knowledge and Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management / leadership role within the healthcare industry.
Experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) is highly valued.
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams in business development, practice management, sales management, and personnel management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including advanced abilities in conflict resolution, negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills.
Proven capability to lead and oversee teams, as well as cultivate stakeholder relationships across a geographically diverse workforce.
Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel to City Fertility clinics and sites.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and web-based applications.
