We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Assist with employee relations activities, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
Coordinate HR events and activities, such as training sessions, team-building events, and employee recognition programs.
Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters, employment verifications, and internal announcements.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining supplies.
To be successful in the role:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative role preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
