Client Service Officer
Location – Albury

Salary – $73,522.00- $79,931.00 PA, Plus Employers Contribution to Superannuation and Leave Loading
Your role
The Client Services Officer provides a range of clerical and administrative services including, but not limited to, responding to client enquiries, data entry and records management. In Local Courts, the Client Services Officer is primarily involved in assisting in the operation of court rooms.
What you’ll do
1. Supports the efficient operation of the court including liaising effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
2. Anticipates the requirements of the judiciary and other key stakeholders in the courtroom environment and provides a timely and effective response.
3. Provides a high level of clerical and administrative support to the court and registry.
4. Uses computer systems to accurately enter data.
5. Provides high quality client services.
6. Supports the effective implementation of improved work practices.
7. Adapts to work in different jurisdictions.
8. Complies with department policies and practices such as Harassment prevention, EEO, EAPS, Code of Conduct, WH&S, Ethical Work Practices, Disability Awareness, ATSI Strategies.

6. Someone who holds a professional demeanour not only physically but in their communication – both written and verbal.
Role requirements
1. Candidates must hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
2. Travel to other locations within the hub will be required at times. This may include overnight stays. A departmental motor vehicle will be provided when available and the appropriate allowances paid for travel.
