About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to the implementation of ‘The Model of Safewards' into the CQMHAODS (Central Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service) Adult Inpatient service and to provide advanced level education services in relation to design, implementation and assessment of clinical education programs.
You will manage ‘Safewards' educational resources and provide expert advice in relation to educational issues within the inpatient clinical unit and the broader CQMHAODS Division.
About you:
* The successful applicant must possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a current annual nursing practicing certificate.
* A relevant postgraduate qualification is highly desirable for this position.
o Educational qualifications/Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is desirable.
o Evidence of ongoing professional development.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $164,212 is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $66.85 - $72.58 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
