Speech Pathologist – Team Leader – Flexible Work Arrangement
We are seeking a motivated, client centric, outcome focussed Senior Speech Pathologist to join our expanding Melbourne team in a Team Leader role.

About the Role:

* Conduct comprehensive health and injury assessments.
* Assess and treat clients to carry out community-based rehabilitation programs improving functional independence and quality of life.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
* Current registration with SPA.
* NDIS experience and understanding is highly preferable, but clinical experience is key.
* A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential.
* Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with various stakeholders and demonstrate repeat referral sources.
* A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
* A current driver's licence and registered vehicle.
* A Working with Children Check.
* Other qualification specific to disability will be highly regarded.
