About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position off the floor position with flexibility to work block or split shifts. You'll begin with a comprehensive 5-week induction program, complete with support from your Mentor and Regional Manager to ensure you're set up for success.
As the Program Manager, you'll:
Build strong, lasting connections within your school and community, immerse yourself and become involved in everything they do. Have creative freedom to design fun, innovative, engaging, enriching experiences for the kids every day. Foster genuine relationships with children and their families. Manage a large team - Directors, 2IC's, permanent educators and a casual pool. Lead, roster, and inspire your team of remarkable educators. Ensure compliance, oversee medical documentation, and maintain high standards at all times. You are the face of TeamKids with the school community. You are the person that has the ability to create MAGIC every day for the children that attend. Service operating times: Before school care, 7:00am – 9:00am, After school care, 2:15pm -6:00pm. You will work off the floor with flexibility to do block shifts!
Staffing structure: This is a large service, and TeamKids has put together a unique staffing structure to support the needs of this school, to ensure the utmost support is provided. This will include a full-time Program Manager (YOU), a full-time Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager, full-time Director of Service (x2), Second in Charge (x2), Permanent part-time educators (x10) and a pool of casual educators.
Salary Range:
$85,000 - $90,000 plus super PLUS $13,000 bonus over 2 years! School Specifics – This is one service that caters for two separate schools, all on the same site. Beautiful, spacious environment with a mix of dedicated spaces and a big shared hall. This is a large service, with joint facilities. Commercial kitchen on site. Working with two schools that are super keen and excited to work collaboratively.
You'll be perfect for this role if you're: A big kid at heart who thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment. A natural leader with great communication skills – from chatting with kids to meeting with principals. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. Passionate about providing primary-aged kids with unforgettable experiences. Energetic, enthusiastic, and all about FUN ! Have experience managing large groups of children and large groups of staff! Multi-site management desired but not essential. Qualifications:
