Job Description Providing first-line support for MS Teams and Authenticator related issues. Walking the floor to identify and troubleshoot any problems. Assisting end-users with their queries related to these applications. Documenting and escalating complex issues to the IT team. Maintaining confidentiality and following healthcare regulations. Providing excellent customer service to staff and patients. The Successful Applicant A successful Desktop Support consultant should have: A background or strong interest in IT, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms. A patient and empathetic approach, understanding the importance of customer service in a healthcare setting. A proactive attitude, with the ability to identify and resolve issues before they escalate. A strong commitment to maintaining patient and staff privacy and confidentiality.
