You'll actively incorporate contemporary theory and practice into therapy that promotes the independence and wellbeing of our elderly clients. This will include:Proactively screen and assess clients to formulate and maintain up to date individualised care plans.Maintaining open and fluid communication within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Referring clients to appropriate health care professionals when necessary.Liaising compassionately with our clients and their families.We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success. You'll have:Tertiary Qualifications in Speech PathologyExperience as a Speech Pathologist/Therapist, preferably in the aged care or NDIS sector (Highly desirable).
