Role Description The primary focus of the position will be on Customer Service, Account Management, and ongoing System Training. You will work with domestic and international Suppliers, Agents and Retail clientele base within the wholesale distribution industry. Due to exponential growth, we are looking for a talented candidate to join us immediately.
This dynamic role requires the candidate to work closely with all levels of management in coordinating their brand and products on a revolutionary software platform that streamlines and invigorates the wholesale sales and marketing process. Wholesale industry experience is CRITICAL and experience within the above-mentioned channels will help to ensure immediate, effective engagement in the role.

Specific Duties Include: Direct engagement with all Supplier, Agent and Retailer system users to support day-to-day use and effective engagement of the platform.Research and contribution to site updates, general maintenance and site enhancement.Learning new functionalities to then train platform users.Customer Support & System Training (travel when required).Working with marketing on EDMs by generating email user lists and closely monitoring the number of EDMs requested by Suppliers.Assist with ongoing data processing and relevant information uploads.Identify and investigate system bugs and raise them to the IT department following set protocols.Liaising and, where required, supporting the Onboarding Specialist in all aspects of the Brandscope onboarding process.Market analysis to identify new brand opportunities to refer to the sales team.Flexibility in taking on smaller projects to help improve Brandscope's systems & to help Brandscope establish a solid foundation as it grows.Qualifications Microsoft Excel (Accomplished)HubspotGoogle SuiteExperience in email marketing and Mailchimp useExperience working with ERP systemsExperience in analysing dataComfortable learning new technologiesExceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing prioritiesRetail and or Wholesale experience within the Action Sport, Lifestyle Fashion, Sport and Outdoor Leisure industryDemonstration of the Following Personal Characteristics/Behaviours: Strong communication skillsOutgoingProblem solverDriveSelf-motivatedResults orientatedOrganisedLove of technologyWillingness to take on and learn different tasks such as requirements gathering & documentationOther Interests: Wholesale and RetailActive lifestyle #J-18808-Ljbffr
