A great opportunity for an experienced HR – Diversity and Inclusion Officer to join for a short-term contract until 30 June 2025 with potential extension.About the role:Provide detailed technical, policy, operational support, and advice in relation to complex problems.Manage the Auslan interpreting booking system, supporting staff, and assigning bookings for direct reports to action.Manage Auslan interpreting workflow and respond to escalations, feedback, or complaints from staff.Implement and evaluate the Auslan Interpreting Program, and improve outcomes through innovation and collaboration with staff, Agency teams, and external stakeholder groups.Lead OAAI projects with support and deliver project outcomes in accordance with the Agency's project management framework.Capture data to measure performance, and prioritise insights, actions, and recommendations.Develop innovative initiatives and contribute to business improvement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of OAAI services, projects, and workplace practices.About you:Strong background in business operations and project management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex operational challenges.The ability to manage workflows, respond to escalations, and support process improvements.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate across teams and external groups.Experience in project management, data analysis, and performance measurement.A proactive and innovative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to meaningful change within a leading government agency, we'd love to hear from you!Benefits:Temporary assignment until 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension.Full-time hours Monday to Friday.Locations: Brisbane, Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Parramatta, and Newcastle + hybrid working from home options.$60.26 per hour + Super.How to apply:At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
