About The Role
The role coordinates the daily visitor services operations at the WA Museum Boola Bardip.
This includes maintaining high presentation standards of exhibition and Museum areas, tour-guiding, some public programs, admissions, customer service, and public liaison.
The successful applicant will ensure safety and security of the public and the Museum Collection.

* Supervise a large team including rostering, timesheets, and overseeing the daily allocations of staff.
* Respond to the needs of a large cultural institution including daily operations and other events, as required.
* Couch and mentor the team to provide the best visitor experience.
