Key Responsibilities:
o Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and strong communication skills.
o Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
o Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
o Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
Skills & Experience:
o Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
o Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills, including drafting and editing professional correspondence.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to perform under pressure.
o Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
