The Opportunity
As an Internal Communications Specialist you’ll work alongside a talented team of Internal Communicators who partner across the Woolworths Group to create better experiences for our team - in store, on site or in our support office.
Working alongside a large team of Internal Communicators across Woolworths Group, you’ll be working across different areas to communicate People Team initiatives, delivering on our Group Purpose and helping to deliver & drive key change and strategic communications across the Group.

What you'll do
4. Working in partnership to execute the People team strategy
5. Working closely with support teams on a daily basis to challenge and improve communications for our support and store teams
6. Delivering clear, concise and purposeful communications through various mediums including online, print, video and internal social media
7. Developing cohesive communications plans and working with the business teams for key events, change initiatives, product launches and other projects
8. Simplifying our communications for teams, ensuring seamless team member engagement
What you'll bring
9. Experience in communications, marketing, events, public relations or similar fields.
10. Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively across different initiatives
11. Experience in partnering with senior leaders, positively influencing showing agility and adaptability
12. Thrive on tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment
13. Have the ability to articulate solutions and take a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
