This full-time program spans 18 weeks.What You'll Gain: Obtain a Nationally Recognised Certificate I in Workplace Skills (Business) (BSB10120).Gain practical experience through work placement.Benefit from ongoing support and mentoring.Forge connections with potential employers and community partners.Receive expert guidance on crafting resumes and cover letters and navigating the recruitment process.Funded under the Queensland Government's Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative, our Work Skills Traineeships aim to provide employment opportunities in public works, community, and environmental projects.
Essential Criteria:Queensland residents & Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents, temporary residents with relevant work permits, or New Zealand Citizens.Aged 15 or above.Not currently enrolled in school.No prior participation in a Skilling Queenslanders for Work Program.No previous completion of a Certificate I or higher in Business or Workplace Skills.Applications encouraged from:Young people (15-24 years), including those transitioning from out-of-home care.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.Mature Age Jobseekers (45+ years).Individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.People with disabilities.Women re-entering the workforce.Veterans, ex-Australian Defence Force (ADF) members, and their families.Disadvantaged Jobseekers and underutilised Queensland workers.If you believe you are the right person for this role, please apply via our company website or using the below link:job-board
