Your Journey with ATCO Australia As a professional and proactive Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing technical/engineering/environmental scope of works, designs, cost estimates, works contracts PAC and project management plans etc.This position reports to the Engineering Enquiries Lead and is responsible for ensuring ATCO fulfills its regulatory obligations as part of the ATCO gas network. What You Will Contribute To: Resolving Engineering Enquiries related to the ATCO gas network to optimally handle risks and hazards that impact the network in accordance with good engineering practices aligned with ATCO processes and procedures. Reviewing, assessing and providing engineering feedback/solutions to third-party collaborators working in the vicinity of the ATCO gas network, ensuring safety and compliance requirements are followed. Providing competent technical/engineering advice and solutions to ATCO's contractors & construction & operational personnel to provide for safe and successful project construction/installation. Competently dealing with developers, other service providers, consultants, local government authorities and internal ATCO parties to resolve Engineering Enquiries. Prepare technical/engineering/environmental work scopes, designs, cost estimates, and works contracts to address Engineering Enquiries. What You Will Bring: You will be proactive, have outstanding attention to detail and be comfortable establishing relationships with a range of internal and external collaborators to deliver results. Ability to interpret design/engineering plans and drawings. Knowledge of construction methodology and practices, including machinery and equipment used in civil works and utility maintenance, as well as safe excavation and support systems. Intermediate level of MS Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel. Experience in a similar technical role with a utility or civil/construction contractor.
