The Role
The Digital Engagement Partner acts as the primary digital and technology liaison, ensuring solutions continue to meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with architects and planning and delivery teams to address digital demands, drive innovative solutions, and build the brand as a trusted advisor.
1. Drive brand development through effective digital engagement and the implementation of impactful technology solutions.
2. Collaborate with architects and planning teams to address digital demands and create innovative, effective solutions.
3. Serve as the primary digital and technology liaison for the D&T portfolio and programs, aligning technology solutions with business needs.
4. Manage stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating digital strategies and technology solutions to both technical and non-technical teams.
What we're looking for
We are looking for a Digital Engagement Partner who will serve as the primary liaison between digital technology and the broader business. This role requires a strong understanding of digital transformation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise digital demands effectively.
1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with architects, planning teams, and stakeholders.
2. Proven ability to drive innovation and deliver digital solutions that meet business needs.
3. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, establishing the brand as a trusted advisor in the digital space.
4. A tertiary-level qualification (degree level or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.

The Details
This role can be based in either Hobart, Launceston, or Devonport and attracts a salary of $117,238 - $131,590 per annum (inclusive of superannuation) negotiable dependent on experience. The position offers flexible start and finish times, and hybrid work arrangements.
