About the role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the team by managing document storage, travel coordination, and ensuring compliance with policies and processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Champion document storage and management, assist reviewers, and retire documents as needed Coordinate bulk changes for Flights and Accommodation Investigate and manage issues with Flights and Accommodation Manage Group Transport bookings Oversee Division and team SharePoint management Contribute to continuous improvement by revising processes and controls to enhance efficiency Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and controls.
