Responsibilities
1. Responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to Honeywell’s clients through management of the technical team and sub-contractors.
2. Ensuring effective management of workload, improvement of processes and systems, technician and sub-contractor management, verification of works, client liaison and escalation and working with other areas within Honeywell to deliver high quality service.
3. Working with New/legacy systems and remote/mobile tasking to dynamically drive actions and provide recommendations to customers on building performance and comfort improvements.
4. Driving expansion on customer sites to other systems not currently under contract. To maximize customer satisfaction and minimize customer site downtime by providing measurable outcomes for our customers through the use of the technology we can provide.
5. Service / maintenance / commissioning of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
6. Configuration, Diagnoses Fault, repairs and Programming of building services (. HVAC, BMS Control, Honeywell and Third-Party Systems).
7. Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.
8. Minor Project management of projects and small works including high level management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
9. Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell Systems leveraging off your Honeywell and Industry product knowledge to the service business and customers (existing and new). This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on implementation projects.
Key Experience, Qualifications and Capabilities
10. Intermediate to High computer skills
11. Supervisor Trade Certificate an advantage
12. Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an advantage
13. Must have a full Australian Driver's License
14. Fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment.
15. Instrumentation experience – Knowledge of instrumentation devices and control applications
16. At least four years’ experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems and products across systems.
17. Electrical experience: Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching
18. Strong experience in building (HVAC/BMS/Fire/Security)
19. Systems including trouble shooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis.
20. Commissioning experience – knowledge of DDC / Security / Mechanical plant
