Let's Talk About You Are you an experienced, visionary leader with a passion for shaping the future of retail and driving network growth? IHG is looking for a Strategic and Transformation Executive to lead our transformation initiatives, ensuring we put the shopper and member at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you'll drive the creation of the Store of the Future, develop innovative store formats and programs. You will also lead network planning opportunities as a key member of the Executive Leadership team, playing a pivotal role in aligning our business strategies across Trade and DIY.

Tell me about the role Strategy Leadership: Develop and activate network strategies to drive market expansion, including identifying white space opportunities, and implementing store strategies that support growth, profitability, and customer value. Financial & Operational Excellence: Oversee budget planning, capex management, and capital investment for store development, driving innovation in store formats, range, and promotions. Team Leadership & Culture: Build and inspire a highly capable team, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and integrity, while ensuring seamless collaboration across the business. Growth and Innovation: Drive the creation of the Store of the Future, ensuring strategic alignment across DIY and Trade formats, with a focus on optimizing product range and profitability. You're Likely a Match If you have A proven Executive leader with a strong track record in strategic planning, particularly within wholesale, trade distribution, or DIY businesses. Deep understanding of shopper trends, trade/DIY industries, and independent businesses, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across the value chain. Strong experience in financial management, P&L accountability, and negotiation skills. Expertise in leading high-performing teams through change and transformation, with a passion for delivering long-term growth and success.
