The Position: In this role, you will support the work of the Women's House, making it possible for vulnerable and isolated women with children or older women with physical limitations to attend programs that aim to empower, build confidence, and strengthen families. It may also include driving and support for clients on regular group outings.You may also be required to assist with shopping, basic food preparation, and other duties relating to the delivery of groups. Most importantly, you will have a critical role in making vulnerable women feel safe, welcome, supported, and respected.Given the client group we support, you must enjoy working with children and older women.To Be Successful in this Position You Will Have: Full driver's licence with a number of years of driving experience. A calm and caring outlook with a demonstrated ability to engage respectfully. An enthusiasm and comfort working with people from many different backgrounds and cultures.
