Are you a self-motivated team member driven by helping others?The Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) division is a key pillar of Westpac's Institutional Bank, they are seeking a proactive, driven and highly organised professional to support the business.Your role as a Team Coordinator will be to provide professional administrative support to the team and ensure the efficient and effective coordination of the office function.You'll be integral in managing our end-to-end processes and you'll use your critical thinking skills to stay at least one step ahead, leading and guiding the way through the task at hand.Your role relies on you building and maintaining great relationships with people across the business.You'll provide great customer service to people at all levels within CIB and the broader Group.Together with the Executive Assistants, you will help ensure objectives are complete for all team members within the prescribed timeframes.Our support team are the engine room of the business.We are passionate about helping others and working together to drive success across the business.While no two days are the same, your activities will span across:Coordination of travel arrangements and accommodationArranging payments/reimbursements and expense reconciliationsManaging our legal invoicing process, including ongoing communication with business stakeholders to reconcile accounts and ensure invoices are recovered in a timely mannerHandling ad hoc requests such as ordering supplies, property maintenance requests, and being the first contact for troubleshooting technology issuesInitiation and coordination of onboarding / offboarding activities (including documentation, technology orders and set-up, security access and stakeholder liaison for new, transferring, and departing team members)Coordination of team meetings, booking meeting rooms, organising equipment / refreshmentsSupporting our team of Executive Assistants with marketing activities and client eventsBusiness wide communications, including coordination of fortnightly newsletterDriving team engagement and social activitiesWhat's in it for me?
