Managing full project cycles, candidates will demonstrate experience successfully delivering major project construction scopes in accordance with compliance, commercial, program, and budget imperatives. Successful candidates will display leadership qualities, be able to manage competing priorities whilst meeting project deadlines and be accustomed to operating under pressure.What you will do in this role Manage all aspects of project planning and delivery including construction contracts, scope of works, technical drawings and specifications, and project management plans.Plan and coordinate all resource utilisation to meet production requirements, and proposing alternative delivery methodologies where required.Implement project budgets and cost control reporting.Manage program and construction look-ahead to meet project milestones.Prepare production and cost control reporting.Develop procurement planning and manage suppliers and subcontractors.Identify and manage project risk.Maintain client relations and collaborate with key project stakeholders.Conduct and participate in site meetings.Create a culture of safety, efficiency and accountability.About you 3-5 years' major projects experience in a Project Manager role.Experience managing civil works essential; bored piling projects is desirable.Experience working on transmission line or long-corridor projects is desirable.Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or similar desirable.May suit previous small business owner in construction industry.Experience working for sub-contractor with tier 1 clients preferred.Valid class C licence essential.Construction Industry White Card essential.Current First Aid Certificate and CPR essential.Sound knowledge of construction project delivery systems.Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and Excel.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.Team player with ability to manage and develop subordinates.Alignment with our values Client, Leadership, Excellence, Accountability & Results.The right to work in Australia.The ability to travel for work on a FIFO roster.What's in it for you Competitive salary.Sustainable "lifestyle" FIFO roster.Daily project uplift payment.Join a fast paced and exciting industry.How to apply: Please click the "Apply" button now to register your interest in joining our team.
