In this role, you will deliver high-quality care, ensuring the dignity, well-being, and comfort of our residents.
You will work within a collaborative and supportive environment, upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and person-centred care.The Day-to-day ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate clinical care activities, ensuring residents receive high-quality nursing aligned with their individual needs and care plans.Provide hands-on nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, catheter management, and other specialised nursing interventions.Conduct comprehensive shift handovers, ensuring critical updates are communicated and review care plans quarterly or as required.Address resident and family concerns in a timely manner, documenting outcomes.Perform clinical assessments and monitor care recipients' health conditions, implementing interventions.Assign tasks to Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers based on competency levels, providing ongoing supervision and clinical guidance.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to develop and adjust care plans.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in Aged Care.Act as an advocate for residents' rights, dignity, and personal choices, aligning care with their preferences.What Success Looks Like For This RoleTertiary nursing qualification and current AHPRA registration.Experience in aged care, preferably in residential settings, with the ability to oversee complex clinical requirements.Demonstrate a strong dedication to delivering high-quality aged care services.Maintain a sound practical working knowledge of ACFI, accreditation standards, and aged care regulations.Current National Police Check.Why choose Fronditha Care?Fronditha Care is driven by our ethos of providing a Bounty of Care that extends to our clients and employees.
