About the Role Offered as a 12 Month Opportunity Join our dynamic People & Culture team as we embark on an ambitious project and change program! We are seeking a Change & Project Management Specialist who will play a key role in establishing and driving the success of our newly formed P&C Project Delivery Stream.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to support their change agendas and provide coaching and role modelling in project delivery. Your expertise will be critical in developing and monitoring projects, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities: Support the development and monitoring of projects and project reporting. Serve as a key interface between the P&C Project Delivery Office and other stakeholders, including our IS team. Assist in the development of business cases for change initiatives. Lead change and communications planning, including: Developing change materials and content with Subject Matter Expert (SME) input. Conducting business impact assessments. About You The ideal candidate will bring experience working within an HR/People & Culture function in a complex corporate environment. You should possess:
Outstanding stakeholder management skills and leadership capability. Systems capability, ideally with SAP, Success Factors, MS Project, and Promapp. Proven experience in stakeholder management and engagement. Highly organized, flexible, and effective problem-solving skills. Familiarity with contemporary knowledge management tools and practices, including Open Text/Documentum. Experience with PRINCE PMBOK, LEAN Six Sigma or improvement methodologies. You are pragmatic, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts, and are systems savvy. A degree in HR, Business, IT, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred. Formal change management (PROSCI) and/or project management accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential.
