The Role
As the General Manager you will be the face of this premium outlet and drive an exceptional guest experience across the venue.
You’ll be expected to build, lead and develop a diverse team, maintain a culture that strives for excellence, deliver exceptional guest experience, and have fun along the way. You’ll provide ongoing training to the team through product knowledge and be focused on establishing an effective operation rhythm across the venue
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Delivery of the venue budget, objectives, and deliverables;
2. Drive agreed financial focuses with the team, and cascade consistent messages and targets;
3. Deliver quality guest experience and service through food, beverages, gaming, operations, and ambiance;
4. Drive innovation in venue (group) direction and product development;
5. Exhibit and maintain an elite level of leadership across all areas of the business;
6. Drive cohesion and performance between the venue team and other business stakeholders to deliver results;
7. Support, develop and drive asset protection and risk mitigation strategies including but not limited to food safety, licensing and regulatory compliance;
8. Recruit, induct and retain key talent;
9. Partner effectively with key community stakeholders.
