Talent Focus is seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to join our client. This role involves developing and executing brand strategies, managing product launches, and driving market growth.
They should be skilled at working with various teams to execute these strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.
The Brand Manager’s main goal is to boost brand equity and financial performance in the assigned territory. This involves leading marketing initiatives, collaborating with Sales and Customer Marketing, and driving growth, sales, market share, and brand contribution. Responsibilities include driving innovation, maintaining the product portfolio, and working with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and more.

* Developing and executing annual Brand Plans to drive performance along with identifying insights to unlock growth opportunities to strengthen brand equity with innovative products and services.
* Boost sales and profitability through data-driven decisions. Managing the Brand’s P&L, including budgeting and SKU optimization by creating and implementing integrated communication strategies across all channels including SEO & SEM
* Maintaining main website ensuring product availability
* Execute integrated online and offline strategies, including ATL campaigns, to drive brand growth.
* Manage the website and oversee product updates, coordinating with teams for necessary changes and market communication.
* Control budget, boost SEO performance, and evaluate marketing interaction with the site and its users – Provide monthly brand performance reports, conduct market research, and track competitor intelligence.
* Solve cross-functional issues, drive process improvements, and ensure brand consistency across all materials and communications.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business / Commerce / Marketing
* Computer literacy essential; experience in Microsoft Office & Adobe Suite.
* 1-2 Years Experience as a Brand Manager & or Assistant Brand Manager / Junior Brand Manager (2-3yrs)
* Experience is preferred in OTC, Skincare, FMCG or the Natural Healthcare industry
* Financial management skills including the ability to manage expense budgets with strong key performance indicator focus
