Job Description
* Develop and implement financial communication strategies to effectively convey financial information and news to various audiences
* Create and edit financial reports, including annual reports, quarterly reports, and earnings releases, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and comply with regulatory requirements
* Manage relationships with media outlets, pitch stories to reporters, and arrange interviews with executives
* Manage relationships with investors, analyse and report on investor sentiment, and provide guidance on investor engagement strategies
* Mitigate reputational damage and provide clear and accurate information to stakeholders in the event of a financial crisis or negative news
* Work to develop and maintain a strong corporate brand and messaging that reflects the company's financial performance and values
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in financial communications is a must, either in agency or in a publicly listed company
* 14 - 18 years of experience in communications related to M&A, IPOs, and/or debt restructures
* Fluency in Arabic is a plus
* Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, and ability to build strong relationships
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Team player with a positive attitude, and desire to collaborate and contribute to the success of the team and company
