As part of their ongoing growth, they're looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their sales-focused team. In this role, you'll manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting regular in-person meetings and monthly account reviews.
* Acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams to coordinate projects and ensure smooth delivery.
* Helping clients plan their IT roadmaps and identifying opportunities for future improvements.
* Supporting revenue growth by identifying additional service opportunities and upselling relevant IT solutions.
* Overseeing quoting, licensing management, procurement coordination, and annuity management to ensure seamless operational processes.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within technology or IT services.
* Strong stakeholder management skills. You're a confident communicator who can build trust with both technical and non-technical people.
* Basic technical knowledge to understand IT environments, and a good sense for business acumen.
* A proactive, driven attitude. You're comfortable making calls, solving problems, and delivering answers for your clients.
