A DAY IN THE LIFE
1. Creating a great store experience for all customers
2. Provide exceptional customer service
3. Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve both individual and store sales targets
4. Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store
5. Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales
6. Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
7. Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
8. Previous leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment
9. Confidence providing praise & improvement feedback to your team
10. Ability to provide an exceptional and unique customer experience
11. Knowledge in loss prevention and health & safety
12. Visual Merchandising experience beneficial
