Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, the RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Blue Prism. This role involves evaluating existing processes, recommending automation strategies, and ensuring seamless deployment across the organisation's operations. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across APAC and global teams to ensure automation solutions align with business objectives. You will also play a pivotal role in training, mentoring, and enhancing automation capabilities across teams. Responsibilities: Identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility within finance operations. Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism, ensuring adherence to best practices. Maintain and enhance the existing automation framework to support scalability and future development. Ensure thorough documentation, including solution design and process workflows. Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and troubleshooting for deployed bots. Conduct quality assurance checks to validate automation performance and reliability. Work closely with IT, finance, and operations teams to drive process standardisation. Maintain compliance with data governance and security frameworks. Candidate Profile: You are an accomplished RPA specialist with a proven track record in designing and delivering automation solutions using Blue Prism. With at least three years of hands-on experience in RPA development, you have an in-depth understanding of automation best practices, process assessment, and implementation strategies. Your background in software development (C#, Java, .NET) and database management equips you with the technical versatility to build scalable automation solutions. You have a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving, ensuring automation solutions are robust, efficient, and well-integrated within enterprise systems. Beyond your technical acumen, you excel at stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. Your ability to translate complex automation concepts into clear business value enables you to work effectively with finance, operations, and IT teams. Experience across enterprise-level automation projects, particularly with SAP ERP, would be highly advantageous. You are a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
