To continue our commitment to our residents and to deliver person-centered care, ARRCS are actively sourcing a skilled Transformation and Innovation Manager to join our Clinical Risk and Governance team on a permanent, full-time basis. Working out of our Regional Office in Tiwi with flexibility for remote work, this role will be responsible for the design, planning and delivery of the ARRCS 'LIFE' model and other major projects within the Clinical Governance team that works towards the continued delivery of person-centered care within our Aged Care facilities. This role attracts an annual salary of $130,000 gross base + salary packaging.This role will see you working alongside our leadership team and supporting them in the management of facilities that reflect a seamless care continuum for our residents and consumers.To be successful in this role, you must be a Change Management / Project Manager with tertiary qualifications within this field. You will ideally have worked within and executed major projects within the Healthcare Industry and ideally hold a Bachelor of Nursing, or worked in a clinical capacity throughout your career. You will be able to demonstrate experience in leadership, change management and improvement methodologies.As the ideal candidate, you will be a self-starter who has excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be able to jump in and develop strategy around the execution of ARRCS major 'LIFE' program and be able to develop, deliver and report on project outcomes.
