Role Description
The Learning & Development Specialist will work within the Talent & Culture team to support the growth and development of our 500-strong workforce. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing training plans that align with the business's strategic objectives, focusing on increased operating performance, improved employee engagement, and enhanced people capability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive training plans
* Foster a learning culture of excellence across the organization
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management
* Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels to achieve their professional and personal goals
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* A talent for building capability across diverse levels, backgrounds, age groups, and abilities
* A background in service industries, ideally in hospitality but not essential
* A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment qualification
* Advanced communication skills
* Strong stakeholder management
* Versatility to facilitate, develop content, and ensure all admin and compliance is kept up to date
