A prominent national law firm specialising in personal injury claims is seeking an HR Advisor for a 12-month contract to support the HR function and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the employee lifecycle
* Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
* Maintain internal policies
* Payroll administration with external provider
* Respond promptly to HR inquiries and ensure current HR files
* Lead employee engagement projects
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in similar role
* Relevant qualifications in HR or Business
* Legal industry experience (desirable)
* Strong knowledge of Fair Work and Awards
