About Your New Role
As a Credit Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the operations. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Performing basic Credit Control responsibilities for Australia and New Zealand.
2. Maintaining the motor vehicle register, leases, and purchases, along with managing fuel cards, tolls, and fines.
3. Handling banking processes, credit collections, and accounting duties.
4. Providing administrative duties to the credit/collections team.
5. Attending and participating in the monthly AR meetings with the credit and branch managers.
6. Addressing month-end and yearly auditor queries.
7. Conducting internal reporting.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Experience using SAGE, Evolution, and/or Excel (V-lookup).
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities.
3. Experience in motor vehicle fleet management, credit control, and accounting functions.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
5. A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
6. Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
