About The Centre
Thrive are thrilled to have opened our centre in Warragul, our first in Victoria!
Thrive, Warragul is our brand new, purpose built centre with onsite parking. Operating Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm, the centre caters for up to 116 children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age.
The team supports children's growth and development through child led experience, providing nurturing and caring environments where children feel a sense of belonging.
The centre has five spacious rooms along with a beautiful outdoor play space that allows for imaginations to run wild.
About The Roles
The team is looking for an experienced Room Leader to lead a team of educators in either the Nursery or Preschool 2 room.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building both a team and a service from the ground up.
You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!
Your main responsibilities will be to:
* Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
* Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
* Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
* Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
Successful candidates will have:
* A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or teaching qualification.
* A current Employee Working With Children's Check.
* Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS).
