Your OpportunityThis 9-month contract offers flexibility and WFH.
You will be required to work 20 hours per week which you can for the majority fit around your own schedule.
To start, you will need to be in the office for your first week in order to get a thorough onboarding and once that is complete, you will be able to WFH for the remainder of the contract.You will be joining a tightknit finance team of 6 in a global business that is going from strength to strength.

As the Accounts Receivable officer, your responsibilities will include:Invoice Management: Review, verify, and process incoming invoices for accuracy and completenessVendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, resolving any discrepancies or issues related to billing or payments.Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately enter accounts payable data into the accounting system and ensure proper filing and record-keeping for audit purposes.Expense Reporting: Assist in the preparation of expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation.Purchase Order Matching: Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure the correct processing of accounts payable transactions.Assist in Month-End Close as well as Compliance & Documentation.Key Requirements:Proven experience of an accounts payable or similar finance-related role for a minimum of 18 month.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with accounting software and data entry.Good communication skills for interaction with vendors and internal teams.About YouTo excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:Experience need for the companyApply TodaySubmit your CV directly via email to Wade Randle on ****** or by pressing the Apply button.Robert Half Ltd is committed to equal opportunity and we value diversity at our company.
