Bring your experience in Business and Data Analysis to support key deliverables for JBWere Join a high-performing business, backing talented individuals 12 month fixed term contract As a Senior Business Analyst (Data), in Strategy & Performance in Private Wealth, you will Support the delivery of priorities for customer and colleague value outcomes, aligned to the domain strategy Focus on delivering artefacts documenting functional and non-functional requirements, as well as acting as an interface between business stakeholders, technology (Developers, Testers and Support team members) and platform vendors to ensure that the needs of the business are met Contribute to squad deliverables/artefacts based on Product Owner or Delivery Lead/PM’s prioritisation align with delivery lifecycle including design of future state client journey maps, process maps; business change implementation artefacts including training materials and communication Translate end user / customer insights into Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria, which can easily be understood by the Development Team Provide discipline, rigor and technical skills to the requirements definition and validation process Source data from a variety of sources to combine, synthesise and analyse to generate insights Address and solve business issues using large amounts of data and draw out insights and present outcomes for data driven decision making What You Will Bring Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Analyst role with expertise in Data and Business Analysis in Financial Services, preferably the Wealth Management domain Proven experience in delivering business artefacts including business functional documents such as management reporting, or business cases; and project deliverables such as gathering functional user requirements, processes mapping and documentation Demonstrated experience using tools and techniques for data analysis, modelling, dashboard reporting and data manipulation such as SQL, PowerBI and Python Ability to refine requirements into functional and non-functional business deliverables with gathering requirements and documentation Proven experience in gathering data requirements, collect, collate, filter and analyse outputs to meet business needs using SQL Exposure in customer experience, customer journey design and documentation Foundational knowledge of banking or wealth business processes, systems preferred Proven ability to solve problems and engage with users and stakeholders relevant to the deliverables A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
