We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Major Accounts to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business. In this key role, you will lead, manage, and drive the enterprise component of the Major Account Sales team in Northern Region of Australia, including New South Wales and Queensland. Create and implement client and go to market strategies focused on growing the enterprise segment markets. Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers in large accounts and high value deals. This position will report to the National Sales Director in Australia and plays an instrumental role in providing clear leadership for the business within Enterprise accounts and ensuring long-term customer retention and loyalty. As a Senior Manager, Major Accounts, you will: Coach Account Managers to develop plans, achieve goals and exceed quotas. Guide and motivate the major account managers to meet business objectives and ensure success of activities in the named territories. Represent and articulate Fortinet externally in enterprise accounts. Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners Manage effective working relationships and cross collaborate with other Pre sales and Channel teams including Consulting Professionals. Ensure strong pipeline and activities in sales opportunities. Consistently build plans and work with the Country lead on forecasts and pipeline delivery. Drive new sales initiatives and new account penetration in the enterprise segment. Coach and lead a team of sales professionals with varying degrees of experience. We Are Looking For: An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. Min 8-10 years’ technology selling and sales leadership experience. Proven ability to sell solutions to enterprise customers. Experience in the network security business will be a huge advantage. Proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability. Experience in closing large deals.
