Job Description:
The Asset Data Quality Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the consistent and effective management of asset information throughout its life cycle. This position contributes to developing an integrated and site-wide asset management culture.
This individual works closely with the Asset Management Analyst and Business Process Specialist to deliver accurate information related to asset life cycle conditions, maintenance, and regulatory requirements. The goal is to optimize asset operational resiliency, reliability, efficiency, and capability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of assets captured in the CMMS.
* Develop and distribute reports and metrics delivering information on asset conditions, downtime, costs, recapitalization projects, and the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the systems, processes, and projects that form the asset management system.
* Audit and monitor procedural adherence and operational risks through the evaluation of issues and/or gaps in identified department processes.
* Identify, develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor processes to ensure the integrity of asset information across multiple platforms.
* Coordinate, facilitate, and administer actions necessary to ensure the consistent and reliable support of field inspection data management activities.
* Liaise with asset data providers on queries and data corrections, supply barcode and space labels to projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or Certificate IV or demonstrated equivalent experience in Asset Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
* Minimum 4+ years' experience in progressively responsible asset management positions within the Government Services or related industries.
* Experience working with SAP.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to brief at all levels to include Senior Leadership.
* Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team.

* Demonstrated customer focus.
