We produce an extensive variety of meals, a range of finger foods, and desserts that are sold direct and through foodservice.This is an exciting role within our company and we are looking for a confident and experienced food technologist who is an expert at multi-tasking!The position is part-time: 2 days a week. Days and hours are flexible.Responsibilities:Possess relevant food industry qualifications and experience.Have thorough knowledge of HACCP and be experienced in HACCP procedures.Drive GMP improvement and overall QA improvement.Train and advise staff in maintaining quality standards and systems.Have experience and be up to date with all food labeling requirements and nutritional information.
