This is a full time role with the following shift patterns: Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm. Saturday 7am – 3pm Or Sunday 10am - 2pm, Once per month. The Role & Team We are looking for Warehouse Picker Packers to join our team in Port Melbourne. You will working with the Warehouse team to complete all warehouse duties when required to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse and both internal and external customer requirements are met in a timely and cost effective manner. As Warehouse Picker Packer, you will be responsible for: Assisting in the management of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of spectacle cases and frames and other consumables Ensuring that the highest levels of inventory integrity are maintained Lifting, picking, packing and dispatching of orders Ensuring quality presentation and accuracy of contents of all outgoing parcels to customers What we are looking for Recent experience working in a Warehouse or Distribution Centre (essential) Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential) Practice safe and correct manual handling at all times, with the physical capability to lift 15kg - 20kg (essential) Willing to work on a rotating weekend roster (essential, penalties paid) Enthusiastic and keen to work in a fast-paced environment Currently living in Melbourne with the ability to travel to Port Melbourne Computer literate and understanding of Microsoft Excel preferred About Us Specsavers are rated the market leader for eye tests, the retailer of choice for contact lenses and one of the fastest growing hearing providers in Australia and New Zealand.
