Working closely with the National Operations Manager, the key focus of this role is to manage technical in-house R&D manufacturing projects, actively participate in equipment building and commissioning, and provide ongoing support for both new and existing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. More specifically, you will :Collaborate with project teams to optimise production processAct as SME for manufacturing automationDirectly impact productivity and capacity gains through Engineering - process design, development, and implementation of automationPrepare equipment process and design drawingsParticipate in functional, safety and design reviewsOversee equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and change managementMaintain and enhance existing equipment performanceEnsure compliance with safety and quality standards in the design and execution of all workDevelop and implement equipment maintenance schedulesTroubleshoot, diagnose and resolve equipment issuesAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
