As the Assistant Development Officer, you will be responsible for the provision of project and development management services to deliver residential, industrial and commercial land developments. You will conduct and manage the procurement and commissioning of consultants, contractors, utility entities and others in the delivery of services relating to land development, including project management of planning, design and civil works construction.
To be successful, you will have demonstrated project management, financial and analytical skills and a working knowledge of land development legislation, stakeholder bodies and processes, to plan and deliver land for development with an understanding of feasibility analysis relating to land development projects.
